February 28, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

$35

NIDO’s Black History Month Event Program will include performances from Ugandan Youth Suubi Fusion Troupe and Sudanese Political Activist/Artist Emmanuel Jal  to celebrate African tradition and evolving global culture. From the perspectives of our keynote speakers, Minnijean Brown Trickey & Emmanuel Jal we’ll reflect upon historical global events which deprived youth of their basic human rights and ultimately led to their redemptive journeys.  NIDO Black History Month Event is a NIDO fundraising event that seeks to raise funds and awareness about the foundations of our global initiatives; the 4E‘s which include Education, Environment, Equality and Economy.
