First Aid & CPR Certification

This essential training equips participants with the skills to handle medical emergencies confidently and competently. The course covers:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS): Learn to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants, as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in various settings.
  • Emergency First Aid: Gain the ability to assess injuries and illnesses, manage bleeding, treat burns, handle fractures, and respond to common medical emergencies such as heart attacks and strokes.
  • Mental Health First Aid: Understand how to identify and assist individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, providing appropriate care and support until professional help arrives.

WHMIS Certification
